1. Delivery Terms
All orders are shipped via standard postal service with tracking (no signature required). Dana Rose Jewelry ships worldwide, according to the delivery details provided by the customer during checkout. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be clearly indicated at the time of order confirmation in the shopping cart.
Dana Rose Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

2. Returns & Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order upon delivery, please notify us by email at rieder_daniela@yahoo.com.
Any issue regarding delivery—such as a missing or defective product—must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package to rieder_daniela@yahoo.com. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, and Dana Rose Jewelry will not be held liable.
If all conditions above are met, Dana Rose Jewelry will proceed with either an exchange, a refund for the defective item(s), or a re-shipment of the missing item, if possible.
